Let's Draw! (6-12 years old)
Self-Portraits
People can be difficult to draw, but the students did a great job drawing their self-portraits! First we talked about and practiced drawing the basic proportions of the face. Then the students used their knowledge of face proportions and looked in a mirror to draw their self-portrait with graphite on watercolor paper. They painted their self-portraits with watercolor paint and they looked fantastic!
